To effectively & efficiently handle conveyancing matters and documentation that may be assigned from time to time, e.g., SPA with Developer and Sub-sale/Loan Documentation from initial stage until completion, independently with minimum supervision.

To monitor all files' progress and update status reports.

Correspond, attend, and communicate with clients, agents, developers, bankers, lawyers, and various government bodies.

Assist lawyers and handle documentation on conveyancing for Sales & Purchases Agreement from developers, consumers, and commercial banking, including Sub-sales, Perfection, and all other related matters.

Attend to clients, various government authorities such as Land Office and LHDN, bankers, agents, or any correspondences.

Prepare status reports and all other legal work assigned by the firm.

Ensure all documents are prepared and filed in a timely and organized manner, adhering to procedural requirements.

Requirements:

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and be admitted to the bar.

Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Committed, ambitious, and self-motivated.

Proactive, dependable, with good leadership, self-discipline, and capable of managing timelines and tasks efficiently.

Own transport and willing to travel.

Highly motivated, possess a good work attitude, and able to work independently.

Able to comply with instructions, manage documentation efficiently, and responsible for meeting timelines.

Basic computer literacy skills; knowledge of SpiderLaw legal software is an added advantage.
