Job Description
- Supervise the collection and recording of data for topographic surveys to map locations, measure points, and verify data accuracy through calculations.
- Produce comprehensive survey reports and drawings efficiently and cost-effectively, adhering to survey plans.
- Ensure scheduled calibration of survey equipment to maintain data accuracy and reliability; assess equipment conditions as part of the company’s asset management program.
- Identify and write off irreparable survey equipment; prepare purchase orders for replacement equipment when necessary.
- Assist in supervising and planning site survey team activities, including setup, progress tracking, quality assurance, and control of reports and drawings.
- Provide regular progress updates to Management.
- Conduct visits to land offices, government departments, agencies, and client offices as needed.
- Coach and motivate staff, identify training opportunities for skill development, and monitor work progress to enhance team competence, proactivity, and job satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, particularly in buildings or warehouses.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) for producing survey drawings.
- Experience in diverse construction projects such as buildings, data centers, factories, and commercial buildings is preferred.
- Willingness to be stationed in Johor Bahru, Johor.
