Job summary

Cergas Murni Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a field surveyor to conduct land, boundary and topographic surveys using GPS, drones, and other equipment.

You will analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions, collaborate with engineers and planners on site planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate findings to clients and project managers to support timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed land.
• Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and prepare documentation for clients or project managers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to develop site plans that meet zoning and construction requirements.
• Provide technical support and recommendations based on survey results.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all survey activities.
• Maintain accurate records and document survey findings according to industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, government officials, and property owners to discuss survey results, project requirements, and timelines.
• Address concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
