Job description

1. Manage Database

2. Respond and answer inquiries

3. Prepare proposals for clients (Design work)

3.1 Site visit and measurements

3.2 Start producing 2D draft layout plans (including 2D existing plans, furniture & built-in space planning, renovation or wet work plans, reflected ceiling plans, wiring plans, electrical plans, wall & floor finish plans, and other related plans)

3.3 Start producing 3D drawings (assist in developing 3D visual models, constructing rendering images, and preparing presentation drawings or boards)

4. Sales closing / Sales presentation

5. Sales service

6. Purchase Order management

7. Research & Development

Qualifications & Experience

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Architecture
  • At least 1 year of experience with design projects involving residential, corporate offices, show units, and sales galleries
  • Must be able to provide a portfolio of work upon application submission
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to work outside of office hours if required
  • Good team player, able to contribute ideas for office/work/system improvements
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Possess a positive attitude and seek self-development
