About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our vibrant and innovative team at Victorious Design Sdn. Bhd (formerly known as Lequen Construction And Renovation Group Sdn Bhd). As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. This full-time position is based in Pinnacle Petaling Jaya Building, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the space
2. Conducting site visits and space assessments to gather relevant information
3. Developing and presenting creative design concepts and plans that meet the client's needs
4. Selecting and specifying appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
5. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
6. Monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors
3. Strong design skills and a portfolio showcasing your creative vision and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in design software such as 3DMax, Vray, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop
5. Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities
6. Effective communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
7. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
