Responsibilities

• Attend initial meetings and identify client requirements.
• Visit site and conduct site measurement and capture photos.
• Produce sketches and plans.
• Create mood board and communicate design matters with clients.
• Develop initial ideas and concepts for design proposals.

Qualifications

Required skill: 3D Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

Fresh Graduate or at least 2 years of professional working experience in the Interior Design field, with proven experience & showcase portfolio successful Interior Design projects.

Possess strong design sense, creativity, up-to-trend design knowledge to create excellent design.

Broad knowledge in concept design-style, material & color matching, latest construction technology, lighting etc.

Ability to handle multiple on-going interior design proposals, which involves layout & 3D design amendments to meet client’s expectation.

Job Responsibilities

• To attend initial meeting and identify client requirements
• To determine client requirements and project perspective of duration, capability and capacity.
• To visit site and conduct site measurement and capture photos
• To produce sketches and plan
• To create mood board and to communicate design matters with clients
• To develop initial ideas and concept of design proposal
• To prepare the site work progress weekly report and update superior about work progress
• To source and get quotation from suppliers for materials, products, sub-con works
• To visit site to monitor site progress and perform site inspection with inspection report and hand over to superior
• To supervise and coordinate project at site
• To make site weekly report
• To initiate a line walk with client before hand over
• Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required.
