We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help process and execute the day to day HR transactions.
Job Description
- To assist in day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
- Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
