A leading HR services powerhouse seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver operational excellence across Southeast Asia. This fully remote position allows you to manage essential HR functions, including payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have strong HRIS experience, knowledge of payroll operations, and excellent Mandarin and English skills.

Location: Malaysia (Fully Remote)
Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 5,500

As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering HR operational excellence across multiple countries in Southeast Asia. Your main responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, file maintenance, and contract administration
Supporting multi-country payroll and benefits processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
Operating HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday) to update employee records and process HR transactions
Handling inquiries via ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow), resolving employee concerns across the region efficiently and professionally
Collaborating with regional HRBPs and finance teams to support a 200+ headcount workforce across Southeast Asia
Ensuring compliance with data privacy, labor regulations, and internal control policies
2+ years of experience in HR shared services, payroll operations, or HR administration
Hands-on experience in multi-country payroll & benefits administration, or at least Malaysian Payroll.
Strong HRIS proficiency (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
Experience in ticketing system support (e.g. ServiceNow) is a strong advantage
Excellent command of Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
Strong understanding of HR compliance and data confidentiality standards
