A leading company in Malaysia is looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage and execute comprehensive HR services. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance with employment laws, and supporting HR advisory services. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, have strong organizational skills, and be proficient in using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
Assist in managing and executing end-to-end HR services for clients, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company/client policies.
Support the preparation of HR-related documents (contracts, letters, reports, etc.) for clients.
Maintain client employee databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments for HR-related matters.
Support HR advisory services as needed under supervision.
Internal HR Support:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of internal staff.
Support performance management processes, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update internal HR records and systems.
Help implement HR initiatives and company policies.
Assist in handling day-to-day HR queries and requests from internal employees.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in using HRIS platforms and/or adaptable to various HR software systems.
Experience in payroll processing is a plus and will be considered an added advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a client-servicing or outsourced HR environment is an added advantage
