About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Junior HR Executive to join our growing team at KUEK, ONG & ASSOCIATES. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, suitable for fresh graduates with 0 experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations and support our firm’s HR initiatives in a friendly and fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in general HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance, and employee record maintenance.
  • Support the recruitment process — posting jobs, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Help organize staff events, training sessions, and company activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
  • Provide support to employees and handle basic HR-related inquiries.
  • Work closely with the HR team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
