  • Looking for: 2 junior HR and admin executives (open to fresh graduates as well)
  • Report to: Assistant Manager of Human Resources and General Administration
  • Maintain updated and accurate employee database
  • Manage employee welfare, medical surveillance, and facilities (including permit renewals and leave updates)
  • Manage employee performance and appraisal, as well as staff training and development quarterly
  • Assist recruitment and integration of new employees
  • Maintain records of incidents and inspections for company safety and strategic decisions
  • Manage Good Manufacturing Practices compliance and housekeeping (toilets, office, store, pantry, etc.)
  • Ensure company security procedures are followed
  • Ensure employees adhere to health and safety procedures
  • Attend to incoming/outgoing phone calls, visitors, mails, documents, courier
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, meetings, and appointments
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Improve efficiency and product quality in accordance with the company's quality and food safety policies
  • Location of office: Klang

Report to Assistant Manager of Human Resources and General Administration. Team of 3 to 5 people.
