Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and staff claims.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to handle complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
    • Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
    • Experience in coordinating and conducting training programs.
    • Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
