Job summary

Omnidesk is seeking a junior Graphic Designer to craft marketing creatives across digital campaigns, social media, EDMs and online ads. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 0–2 years of experience advantageous, and a strong portfolio is required.

You will design for digital and print formats, resize banners and assets, assist with product launches, and ensure brand consistency across all materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable designing for both digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, EDMs and online advertisements.
• Create and resize website banners, promotional assets and e-commerce graphics.
• Support product launches by developing key visuals and supporting marketing material.
• Prepare creatives for marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Design retail and showroom materials including posters, price cards, product displays and promotional signage.
• Assist with packaging, product information sheets, brochures and other printed collateral.
• Adapt existing campaign concepts across different formats, sizes and platforms.
• Perform basic editing, retouching and image manipulation.
• Work with product renders and photography to create commercially engaging visuals.
• Maintain consistency with Omnidesk's brand guidelines across all creative materials.
