Job description:
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for marketing strategies, advertisements, POSM, web content, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the client and marketing team to develop design concepts and engaging content ideas.
- Produce visually compelling designs using images, infographics, vectors, and other elements, including image editing and color correction.
- Apply strong design principles—visual hierarchy, reading patterns, composition, color theory, typography, and layout systems—to ensure brand consistency and readability.
- Manage design assets and fonts to maintain compliance with brand guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality creative output within deadlines, with attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Stay updated on social media trends and create content that aligns with current styles and platform standards.
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong design skills are encouraged to apply. (Minimum diploma required.)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Canva; basic knowledge of UI & UX (Wix and Figma).
- Added advantage: Photography and videography skills, familiarity with AI design tools, and openness to continuous learning.
- Able to propose fresh ideas, proactively review own work before senior approval, detail-oriented, and a strong team player through good communication.
- Strong creative thinking, problem‑solving, critical thinking, decision‑making, adaptability, and time‑management skills; able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to create compelling visual storytelling that drives sales through effective graphic design.
- Advantage: working experience and strong portfolio.
