Junior Graphic Designer

Overview:

A global FMCG leader is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for design and a passion for bringing brand stories to life. This role supports the regional marketing and design team to craft compelling visual assets that elevate the brand presence across diverse Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the visual identity of the brand by producing high-quality marketing materials tailored for Asia—including catalogues, promotional flyers, recipe cards, digital banners, and trade event visuals.
• Work closely with the Team Manager to ensure brand consistency while adapting creative assets to suit local cultures and market needs.
• Collaborate in the development and localization of packaging labels, ensuring designs are visually engaging and compliant with language and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate timelines with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, especially product packaging updates and marketing rollouts.
• Stay current on regional design trends and contribute fresh ideas that resonate with consumers across different markets.

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an FMCG or branding environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and storytelling through visuals.
• Able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bonus points if you have photography or video editing skills
• Able to travel and possess own transport.
