Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Sciences, or related field (CGPA 3.5+).
• Basic understanding of seismic acquisition, processing, and interpretation principles.
• Familiarity with geophysical software such as Petrel or Sismage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and interpretations: process and interpret seismic data for subsurface imaging and prospects.
• Mapping and modelling: build geophysical models and integrate with geological/petrophysical data.
• Field and operational support: assist in drilling planning and shallow hazard identification.
• Reporting and documentation: prepare technical reports and maintain data records.
• Collaboration: work with geologists, reservoir engineers, and petrophysicists for integrated understanding.
