Job Description

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivables and payables, maintaining the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting;
  • Support the Accounts Payable process to ensure accurate invoice capture and effective payment management;
  • Handle Accounts Receivable processes, including communicating long-outstanding receivables to relevant departments for timely collection, while supervising and supporting the Finance team;
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly rolling forecast, and undertake costing duties as assigned;
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance on the ERP system;
  • Support process improvements and automation through system and process enhancements;
  • Maintain proper documentation and records with an effective filing system;
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, company secretary, tax agents, and external auditors;
  • Oversee the Finance Assistant, including producing accurate monthly and annual financial reports;
  • Coordinate with departments for the annual financial audit;
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring product safety and quality;
  • Analyze processes and implement improvements to efficiency and product quality, aligned with the Company’s Quality & Food Safety Policy and Manufacturing Philosophy;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application;
  2. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required;
  3. Experience is preferred but not mandatory — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
