Job summary

IRcare in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations across AR, AP, GL, and month-end tasks. Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply, and you’ll gain exposure while contributing to a growing healthcare business.

You will handle daily entries, assist with invoices and payments, perform reconciliations, and liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
• Assist AR/AP transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• Process supplier payments and staff claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper filing for accounting transactions.
• Assist with sales and collection reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internal departments on payment matters.
