DKSH Junior Executive Trainee (JET) offers entry-level graduates an opportunity to launch their careers in the exciting Market Expansion Services industry. The program provides experiential learning opportunities, rotations across divisional functions, challenging projects, and interactions with the Healthcare and Consumer Goods Business Units.

This structured 12-month program involves successful candidates rotating through key functions within the chosen industry.

Successful incumbents will support DKSH in the following areas:

Healthcare Business Unit :

  • Product Management
  • Customer Service
  • Medical Devices
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Operations

Consumer Goods Business Unit :

  • Client Management
  • Customer Account Management
  • Food Services
  • eCommerce

Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered exciting job opportunities based on their performance, career aspirations, and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • CGPA of 3.50 or above, or 2nd class upper equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Allied Health, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years of work experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and a diverse portfolio of extracurricular activities
  • Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Pivot Table, V-lookup, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze data and present graphical insights
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

The program starts on 1st October 2025, with a one-year contract, and successful candidates may be absorbed based on performance and business needs.
