Junior Executive, Corporate Business Development

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting and supporting Superior in the business development of the Corporates, TPAs & Insurances.

Job Scopes:

1. Plan and implement sales and marketing plans related to Corporates, TPAs and Insurances.
2. Manage the sales and marketing activities, including targeted markets' empanelment and engagement, to achieve the Company's sales targets and objectives.
3. Onsite visits to corporates, TPA, insurances and other relevant industries.
4. Identify potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
5. Concentrate on business marketing, with emphasis to develop and maintain a portfolio of all clients.
6. Create value-added services for customers.
7. Assist and develop existing accounts and target new business accounts.
8. Build good rapport with customers.
9. Provide constant feedback and update on the healthcare market and customers' needs to the Superior for the development of new services and effective sales and marketing strategies.
10. Ensure brand and corporate identity are respected in all communication with various partners and liaise with Marketing Communications team on any requirements.
11. Preparing quotation and other relevant marketing reports.
12. Keep and compile weekly report on all marketing activities.
13. Report regularly and directly to superior and director of the company, as required.
14. Any ad hoc assignments as designated from time to time by the direct superior and/or the management of the company.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum of 2 years working experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Healthcare industry.
2. Good client management & communication/interpersonal skills.
3. Sales-oriented and able to work under pressure.
4. Thrive in constant change.
5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Self-motivated, team player & customer-centric.
7. Willing to travel outstation/overseas, and possess own transport.
8. A person who is meticulous, detail-oriented and result-driven.
