Job description

Responsible for company daily accounts receivables and payable, processing payments to suppliers and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing.

Assist in the collection process by communicating with clients on outstanding receivables and ensure payments received tallies with clients’ statement of accounts.

Assist in preparing bankers’ acceptance documents and other financing/bank documents as when required.

Carry out other accounting functions and office administrative works as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance from a recognized institution.

Fresh graduates with demonstrated proficiency in liaison and payment collections are encouraged to apply.

Proficient/Able to write and converse in fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. Prior experience in supporting business information systems and payment processing is an added advantage.
