Job Title: Utilities & Facilities Assistant Manager

Location: Penang - Prai
Employment Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: Immediate

Salary Range: RM5,800 – RM8,000
Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience: Experienced in the manufacturing industry
  • Languages: Japanese-speaking
  • Age Requirement: 40 and above
  • Gender Preference: Male
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the division’s morning briefing and assign tasks to subordinates.
  • Conduct and lead the Engineering Weekly Progress Meeting.
  • Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee Meeting.
  • Prepare and submit the Manager’s Monthly Report.
  • Write and update the division’s Weekly Progress Report.
  • Monitor and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity.
  • Oversee plant facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Plan and manage the annual budget.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations including DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and local council requirements.
  • Address complaints and requests from facility end-users.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the team.
  • Participate in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment.
  • Coordinate staff training and handovers for new facility equipment.
  • Plan manpower and team structure for efficient workflow.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring good housekeeping practices.
  • Act as the ERT Commander.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • QMS ISO Committee Member
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by the superior.
Reporting & Team Structure:
  • Reports to: CEO (for now)
  • Team Size: 6 members
