Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design and execution of construction projects.
• Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety protocols.
• Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop and manage construction budgets.
• Perform site inspections and generate reports on construction activities, progress and budget status.
• Identify potential risks or issues on-site and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist in preparing technical documentations including reports, drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma / Degree.
• At least two (2) years' experience in this field.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets and financial management.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent.
• Willingness to be stationed at construction sites as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mandarin language skills are highly preferred, as many of our projects involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors and suppliers.
