Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design and execution of construction projects.
- Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety protocols.
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to develop and manage construction budgets.
- Perform site inspections and generate reports on construction activities, progress and budget status.
- Identify potential risks or issues on-site and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in preparing technical documentations including reports, drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma / Degree.
- At least two (2) years' experience in this field.
- Strong understanding of construction budgets and financial management.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent.
- Willingness to be stationed at construction sites as required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Mandarin language skills are highly preferred, as many of our projects involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors and suppliers.
