Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems for data centres, telecommunications, and IT infrastructures.
- Perform electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, and power distribution planning.
- Support the development of single‑line diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including mechanical, structural, and IT engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Research and implement innovative electrical engineering solutions focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project specifications as required.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry trends, standards, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and local electrical codes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for project site visits and inspections as required.
