We’re a British home appliance brand operating across three distinct markets — the UK, EU, and UAE.

We’re currently based long-term in Malaysia and looking for an extra pair of hands — partly in person, partly remote. Although we’re UK-founded, we have deep ties across Asia, including close collaboration with partners in China.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone smart, proactive, and eager to learn. You’ll help keep our e-commerce operations running smoothly, contribute to marketing initiatives, and be part of a small, creative, international team. We use a smart blend of strategy and tech to achieve what big budgets do.

What You’ll Do
  • Work in person with me in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur (Mon–Wed) and remotely (Thu–Fri)
  • Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations: inbox management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and keeping inventory accurate across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, and others
  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns — from launching new products to running TikTok Live sessions and special offers
  • Contribute to content creation: social media, product videos, and pages that showcase Fridja’s innovation and style
  • Track and report on sales performance and campaign results, helping us spot what’s working and where to optimise
  • Stay sharp on trends through competitor and market research in the home appliance and lifestyle sectors
  • Collaborate with the international team to keep projects moving and ideas flowing
