- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related field
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
- Familiar with SEO principles and experienced in handling digital and social media platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and others
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva is a plus
- Must be able to work onsite at either Desa Tebrau or Taman Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Coordinate and collaborate with the content creation and social media teams, as well as clients, to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Track campaign performance, generate analytic reports, and propose actionable improvements based on insights
- Contribute creative ideas to support overall branding and marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates
