As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business and driving customer engagement on our social media platforms and website.
What you'll be doing:
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution: Develop and post creative content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms using trends, hashtags, and brand-aligned visuals to drive engagement.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Manage a content calendar, stay updated on trends, analyze competitors, and ensure consistent, optimized content performance.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and initiate meaningful conversations to build a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report social media performance to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
- Responsible for product sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Create and develop marketing materials such as articles, blog posts, and videos in creative ways; utilize data analytics to identify the most effective content types and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Assist in managing, developing, and updating the company website, apps, e-commerce platforms, and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X).
- Respond to comments and inquiries from customers and followers on social media and relevant websites.
- Assist in generating ideas to promote the company's services through campaigns.
- Analyze online campaigns and recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize performance.
- Conduct market research, advertise, and promote new products and services; stay updated with market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Work closely with the team to ensure good coordination of internal and external requests.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management (portfolio or prior work examples are a plus).
- Proficient in TikTok and other social media platforms, with a solid understanding of their trends and best practices.
- Creative thinker with storytelling skills and the ability to produce audience-focused content.
- Experience in copywriting and crafting engaging content.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools to monitor and enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in a related field, providing a solid foundation of knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to learn, able to work individually and in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel and work independently or as part of a team.

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
