Job description

Job Responsibility

• Create visual assets for commercial campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and branding materials
• Design content for social media platforms (e.g. Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring relevance to platform trends and formats
• Adapt layouts and resize designs for different platforms and channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to deliver high-impact visuals
• Contribute ideas and take part in brainstorming for creative campaigns
• Support digital projects with static visuals for social media, online ads, and e-commerce platforms
• Assist in pitch work, from research and concept development to final visual presentation
• Manage design tasks from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Perform additional tasks as required by the team
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) or equivalent tools
• Good command of both Mandarin and English, in speaking and writing
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial and/or social media design work (academic, freelance, or client-based)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently while following creative direction
• Pleasant and collaborative attitude; team player with a strong sense of ownership
