What would you be doing:

Data-Driven CRM Strategy: You’ll architect and maintain our Salesforce instance—crafting custom dashboards, workflows, and automated alerts that give real-time clarity on our pipeline.

Insight Generation: Own the integrity of our customer database. Transform messy records into reliable analyses that guide product improvements and customer-retention campaigns.

Efficiency Engineering: Identify bottlenecks in how we capture leads, manage opportunities, and nurture relationships. Design automations that free the team to focus on high-value work.

Retention & Loyalty Programs: Collaborate with Marketing to test engagement campaigns (email triggers, in-app nudges) that boost repeat usage and customer lifetime value.

Team Enablement & Documentation: Develop and deliver bite-sized training sessions, how-to guides, and best-practice playbooks so everyone—from Sales to Support—gets the most out of our CRM.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

2+ years hands-on with Salesforce (bonus if you’ve also tinkered in HubSpot or Zoho).

Fluent in SQL or Excel for ad-hoc slicing, dicing, and reporting.

Passionate about data hygiene—your mantra is “no duplicate records, no dirty data.”

A clear communicator who can translate complex analytics into simple next steps.

A natural problem-solver who delights in automating repetitive tasks and building scalable solutions.
