Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Credit Controller to manage credit control and collection for APAC customers, contacting clients by email and phone to secure payment commitments and maintain accurate records. You will perform debt management, credit assessment, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to resolve disputes and optimize credit limits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Credit control, collection and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Debt management and collaboration with Sales/Operations to resolve billing issues.
• Credit assessment including checks on new customers and reviewing limits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and track collection performance.
