AirAsia Berhad is seeking a hands-on Creative Production Assistant to support our Creative & Production team across digital campaigns, social media, events, and brand initiatives. You will help from pre-production through production and post-production, ensuring on-time, on-brief delivery and high-quality outputs.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Creative Media, Film, Mass Communication, Advertising, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in creative production, content creation, advertising or media.
• Basic understanding of photography, videography and production workflows.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital platforms.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shoots, events and occasionally outside normal office hours.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Portfolio or examples of creative work are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing creative concepts, content ideas and campaign executions.
• Prepare moodboards, visual references, storyboards and simple treatments.
• Coordinate with talents, crew, vendors, locations and suppliers.
• Assist producers, directors, photographers and videographers during shoots.
• Capture BTS content and supplementary social media material.
• Assist with basic photography and videography when required.
• Organise and manage production assets after each shoot.
• Assist in managing video editing, graphic design and post-production workflows.
• Prepare footage, images and assets for editors and designers.
