Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Property transaction, Banking and Loan documentation for Junior Lawyer.
• At least 2-3 years experience in related field for Clerk.

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer:

- To handle SPA, Corporate & Commercial Loan, project and subsale cases
- Holding own portfolio
- Attending signing
- Managing and updating clients, bankers and relevant parties

Experience Conveyancing Clerk:

• Answering phone calls
• Provide clerical support
• Good attendance and work discipline
• Responsible, able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good initiative

Qualifications and Requirements:

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer:

- Responsible, able to work independently with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good initiative mindful of turnaround time for work completion
- At least 1 year experience in Property transaction, Banking and Loan documentations
- Prefer can start work immediately
- Willing to travel

Experience Conveyancing Clerk:

• At least Diploma in any field
• Able to start immediately or with short notice would be added advantage
• At least 2-3 years experience in related field
