Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer:
1. To lead, supervise and manage project, sub-sale & financing (retail, SME & corporate) department;
2. To handle corporate and commercial matters;
3. To liaise with clients, developers, bankers, property agents, mortgage brokers and governmental bodies; and
4. Monthly remuneration up to RM7,000.00 with yearly bonus, increment and benefits including medical and parking.
Conveyancing Clerk:
1. Conveyancing matter - handling advise and drawdown for various banks and presentations at land office
2. to update financier's online system regularly
3. Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files
4. able to work independently
Qualifications and Requirements:
JUNIOR & SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
• At least 1 - 3 PQE;
• Has experience in project, sub-sale & financing (retail, SME & corporate);
• Strong skillset in drafting corporate and commercial agreements;
• Able to contribute to business development;
• Able to work independently;
• Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken); and
• Able to handle and manage clients and cases effectively.
JUNIOR & SENIOR CONVEYANCING CLERK
• At least SPM / STPM or equivalent;
• At least have 1-2 years working experience in law firms;
• Experienced in property transactions, banking and loan documents;
• Familiar with e-stamping / e-searches / bank’s portal;
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); and
• Computer literate
