Draft and vet Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for sub-sale, developer, and commercial properties

Handle end-to-end conveyancing matters including loan and discharge documentation for various banks and financial institutions

Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, government bodies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of transactions

Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Maintain proper file management and documentation for all conveyancing files

Attend to signing of documents with clients and provide updates as necessary

Meet deadlines and manage a high volume of files with accuracy and efficiency
