Job summary

Lazada Group is seeking a proactive Junior Campaign Operations professional in Malaysia to support campaign planning, onsite execution and project management across cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to eCommerce campaign operations, campaign mechanics, onsite merchandising and cross-functional project management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns run on schedule, are accurately set up, and deliver expected results.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong interest in eCommerce are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with trackers, spreadsheets, data and operational documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite Campaign Execution: Support the setup and execution of platform campaigns, including Mega Campaigns, Double Digit Sales, Mid-Month Sales and Payday Sales; assist with onsite merchandising activities and coordinate assets with stakeholders; monitor execution and flag issues; maintain campaign setup trackers.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting Support: Consolidate campaign performance data and operational updates; prepare daily performance reports and post-campaign summaries; track metrics and highlight issues; support data validation and timely reporting.
• Stakeholder Management & Team Support: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution; communicate requirements, deadlines and updates; provide administrative and operational support; assist with process improvements and other projects.
