Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a business analysis or related role.
• Good communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and flowcharts.
• Collect and analyse data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements through meetings and discussions with stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing analytical and administrative support.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on project outcomes.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the implementation of new processes and ensure their effective adoption.
• Assist in reviewing user requirements for process automation or system enhancements.
