Junior Business Analyst (4PL)

II. Job Summary:

BridgeNet Solutions acts as the 4PL provider for a global client. The Control Towers are regional hubs that direct operational activities and provide visibility to the client. This role is a broad-ranging Business Analyst responsible for analysis and evaluation of one of our global client supply chains, identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the assigned region. The position will develop and standardize data reporting processes and workflows within and across regions, and provide reporting support for logistics incident responses and special projects.

III. Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting logistics and supply chain data to generate reports and KPIs.
2. Conduct monthly reviews with regional control tower teams to understand performance trends and capture improvement plans.
3. Provide reports on performance trends to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Document technical requirements to enable IT development teams to improve or fix software platforms.
5. Conduct testing for technical changes and improvements.
6. Develop dashboards and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools for stakeholders.
7. Support regional 4PL teams with data-driven projects and analysis.
8. Manage updates to master data.
9. Provide data and analysis for projects and sourcing events.
10. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
11. Perform special reviews and projects as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Business or supply chain analyst experience is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of BI platforms or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of logistics/supply chain management or experience with business management systems in logistics (TMS, ERP, accounting systems, etc.).
• Proven ability to utilize business intelligence to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet objectives.
• Project management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Travel/Meeting Requirements:

• Travel is expected to be less than 5%.
• Meetings and conference calls may be outside normal business hours for global participation.
