Job summary

TYS Engineering Sdn. Bhd is seeking a fresh graduate to join our drafting team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD and support project coordination for ongoing assignments.

Effective communication in Mandarin is required to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, and you will interact with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team while learning on the job and building a solid foundation in engineering drafting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Drafting or Construction related.
• Must have basic AutoCAD knowledge (not from zero).
• Responsible, willing to learn, and have a good working attitude.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD
• Assist Project Manager in project coordination
• Handle basic site coordination and measurement (when required)
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team
• Support documentation, reporting, and project progress tracking
