Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Audit Junior to join their team in Penang. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will gain hands-on audit experience in a professional environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm. The position is fully onsite with a Basic Salary plus Performance Bonus, offering learning opportunities under seniors and managers to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting audit assignments for a variety of clients, both at client sites and in the office.
• Perform audit testing, assurance procedures, and compliance checks in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Support the execution of multiple audit engagements and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Participate in stock takes and verification of clients’ assets and inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
• Maintain proper audit working papers and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Liaise with clients on audit-related matters and assist in resolving audit queries.
• Work closely with seniors and managers to complete audit assignments efficiently
