Role: Junior Asset Manager
Location: Malaysia (Remote)
About the role:

Creating visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work is essential in a highly competitive and saturated marketplace. We aim to produce industry-leading, world-class work that is truly beautiful, smart, and effective.

You will provide technology services, taking briefs from clients. The role demands a consistent and accurate approach to fulfilling briefs within agreed timescales. Personal responsibility for time management and completing timesheets is crucial.

What you will be doing:
  1. Assess and improve best practices for asset storage and sharing based on the client’s global footprint, asset types, and usage.
  2. Ensure naming conventions and guidelines are followed and assessed for relevance in a fast-moving environment.
  3. Liaise with the internal technology team to drive metadata tagging rules and processes.
  4. Capture and document best practices for sharing assets.
  5. Provide initial in-market training on DAM workflows.
  6. Manage communication and expectations with stakeholders.
  7. Develop, own, and distribute monthly asset highlights (usage, re-usage, engaging content).
  8. Define metadata structure and guidelines, develop and maintain taxonomy.
  9. Upload assets and metadata to the DAM library within SLA timeframes, maintaining logs of uploads.
  10. Establish dashboards to monitor and report asset usage and adoption.
  11. Report key insights to inform user communication and asset management.
  12. Assist users in locating assets, cataloguing, and keyword tagging.
  13. Manage asset rights, checking for usage restrictions, source, and costs.
What you need to excel in this role:
  • Over 3 years of experience with enterprise-level digital asset management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of DAM, metadata, and taxonomy principles.
  • Effective collaboration within a globally dispersed team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and interpretation skills.
  • Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn through exploration and team collaboration.
