Job Title: Application Consultant
Job Summary:

The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting . This includes requirement gathering, system setup, user training, UAT facilitation, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless client adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HRMS implementation, including configuration, UAT, and training.
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional system issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams on customization and enhancements.
  • Ensure on-time project delivery and proper documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and handover to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computing, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation.
  • Strong SQL and Microsoft technologies knowledge.
  • Experience in full-cycle web application development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HRMS solutions.
