Job description

Enduring Planet is a fintech platform that provides founder-friendly working capital and financial advisory services to climate startups and SMBs.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team at Enduring Planet. This role is ideal for someone currently enrolled in ACCA with a working understanding of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or data analytics. The Junior Analyst will play a key role in developing, managing, and analyzing financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

We’re specifically looking for a candidate based internationally (Pakistan preferred) who will work remotely. Priority will be given to underrepresented/diverse candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain recurring financial dashboards
• Support the upkeep and accuracy of pro forma models
• Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely, error-free deliverables
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and confidence grow

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Actively pursuing ACCA qualification (ideally in Skill or Professional level)
• Experience: Fresh graduate or currently enrolled within ACCA (with key skills e.g., financial analysis, FP&A, and/or data analytics).
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment with a strong interest in KPIs and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets accurately
• An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for summarizing insights and collaborating with teams.
