Job summary

Digile’s AI Practice is seeking a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our customer‑embedded AI delivery pods. You will translate business workflows into AI workflows, build prompts, pipelines and integrations under guidance, and work with product managers, SMEs and customers to deliver production‑grade AI solutions.

You will grow under mentorship, with hands‑on upskilling and opportunities to travel to client sites within and outside Kuala Lumpur as needed.

Qualifications

1–3 years in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation or Software Development.
Experience implementing enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) with user study, config, training and UAT.
Hands-on exposure to generative AI/LLMs through projects or certifications.
Experience working with business users to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Translate business workflows into AI‑augmented workflows with SMEs and PM.
Build prompts, orchestration, data pipelines and integrations under Senior FDE guidance.
Create rapid prototypes and iterate based on user feedback and data.
Support RAG pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embedding and vector DB setup.
Implement AI safety controls as designed by Senior FDE.
Test, monitor, and troubleshoot AI workflows; assist UAT with customer users.
Support production rollout and train customer users to drive adoption.
Document workflows, prompts, configurations; contribute to weekly delivery reports.
