Handle daily administrative operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, emails, filing, data entry and document preparation.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave and supporting documents, ensuring proper verification and filing.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules and internal arrangements.
Prepare letters, reports, forms, quotations and other administrative documents when required.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, equipment and other office necessities, including stock monitoring and purchasing.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers for office-related matters.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including briefing new employees on Company policies, procedures and workplace requirements.
Assist with payment records, invoices, receipts and basic administrative documentation for the Accounts Department.
Assist in organising company events, meetings, training programmes and other activities.
Perform other administrative and ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management.
