What you’ll be doing

Handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document management, data entry and correspondence.

Providing exceptional customer service to students and parents.

Assist in managing student records, and payment tracking.

Assisting with event planning and coordination.

Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when necessary.

Manage office supplies, and petty cash.

Assist in HR-related tasks such as internship coordination and staff claims.

Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
