Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in accounting, with 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL Accounting or payroll knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL Accounting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with payroll, e-Invoicing or SST is an added advantage.
• Accurate, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily accounting and payroll tasks.
• Reconcile parking collections and prepare invoices and vouchers.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Assist with month-end closing and journal entries.
• Prepare collection summaries and monthly management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
