Now, we are looking for one Junior Accounts Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) to join our team.

The Job Responsibilities of this role are as follows:

-Assist in preparing monthly closing and reporting

-Support report preparation by tailoring content to managerial requirements

-Assist in categorizing company expenditure

-Assist in performing daily operations

-Hands-on day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing documentation

-Assist in providing support in handling tax and audit matters under supervision

-Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the seniors

On the other hand, the Job Requirements of this position are:

-Minimum qualification: Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration or equivalent

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in the said position but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-Intermediate level in both Microsoft Excel and Word

-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)

-Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage
