CORESERV ADVISORY SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account/Audit Assistant in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor to support Accounting and Audit teams full-time. You will update monthly bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, assist with financial statements, and support audit procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, with strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and learn in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Update monthly bookkeeping / accounting.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare fixed assets schedule and other balance sheet schedules.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform audit procedures and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis and reconciliations.
• Liaise with clients and respond to inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to Accounting and Audit teams.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
