Job summary

AZH Engineering Solution Sdn. Bhd. invites motivated interns to join our accounting team in Shah Alam, offering hands-on exposure to daily finance tasks.

You will assist with AP/AR, invoicing, record-keeping, and office administration, under supervision, while developing skills in Excel and accounting principles. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a diploma or SPM in related fields. Working hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, in a collaborative, practical environment focused on delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in accounting/finance or related.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP & AR updates and payment processing
• Prepare invoices, DO and PO
• Maintain invoice and payment records
• Handle petty cash and loan/facility statements
• Assist with audit documentation
• Prepare client SOA
• Handle general correspondence and office administration
• Assist with tender, quotation and project documentation
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and PICs
• Perform other ad hoc accounting & administrative duties
