Job description

Process vendor invoices (Raw Material, IM&S, Freight, Contract & Non-PO) in both simplified/traditional Mandarin and English.

Maintain daily communication with China-based vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment concerns.

Monitor and manage open, parked, and aging items in SAP.

Respond to stakeholder inquiries related to invoices and payments.

Handle corrections for invoices and credit memos.

Coordinate and participate in resolution meetings with internal and external parties.

Investigate recurring issues and propose solutions.

Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and business policies.

Escalate complex issues to the P2P Manager when necessary.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Assist in revising training materials and support training delivery on P2P processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to support China market operations.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.

Familiarity with the China market is advantageous.

Working knowledge of SAP (AP module) is preferred.

Basic understanding of VAT and WHT is a plus.
